But what exactly does that mean?

Antonio Gramsci was an Italian Marxist (1891–1937) who taught that revolutions don’t begin with weapons — they begin with culture.
Control education, media, and art, and you control perception.
Control perception, and you control society.

That’s the strategy — replace truth with ideology until people enforce the lie themselves.
