Apparently the judges of the High Court of Australia do not have a sworn oath as per The Constitution (1901). Time for the military to step-in and be judge advocates, and that should also include all other courts (magistrate/district, supreme and federal). Is not an injustice against one an injustice against al.? Have we not all been subjected to unlawful and arbitrary actions by a foreign owned establishment since the First Fleet arrived? If they have no lawful Oath how can they possibly preside over matters in the High Court?
