President Trump is again allowing Chinese Students into our colleges and universities… Odd… as this Directly contradicts Ashley Moody’s recent bill

• A stunning story just revealed that China’s 2015 National Security Law and 2017 National Intelligence Law effectively transforms all Chinese nationals, including students, into spies obligated to serve the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) by law.

• These mandates compel every Chinese student in the U.S. to engage in espionage, turning them into unwilling agents of the CCP under threat of severe repercussions.

• May 2025. Florida Senator Ashley Moody, presented the “Stop CCP VISAs Act” to halt Chinese student visas over concerns of espionage.

• 300,000+ Chinese students annually—steal U.S. tech and spy on military bases
—— one instance is the five students who were charged in 2024 for photographing U.S.-Taiwan drills
—— another instance, two Chinese students were arrested in 2020 at Naval Air Station Key West, for illegally entering Naval Air Station Key West, Florida, and taking photographs of military infrastructure.

• May 2025, a “Stanford Review” report, showed a widespread Beijing-orchestrated intelligence-gathering campaign on Stanford University’s campus, claiming Chinese students and researchers are involved in espionage.
