Bibb County, Alabama, four men have been arrested in connection with a horrific case involving the Drugging, Kidnapping, rape and sodomy, with children as young as a 3-year-old.

Assistant District Attorney Bryan Jones noted that this drugging may have reduced the children’s memory of the trauma, though it does not lessen the severity of the acts.

3. Physical Restraint of Children:
— Andres Trejo-Velazquez is accused of tying children up during the abuse. One child was allegedly tied to a bed, another to a chair, and another to a support pole in the bunker, rendering them defenseless.

4. Sexual Abuse and Trafficking:
