NSW Parliament has opened with a dissent motion moved by Mark Latham, opposing the government’s push for unlimited debate time.
Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke was asked whether his push to take “hate speech laws to their constitutional limit” would extend to blocking NSN from registering the ‘White Australia Party.’
