The a school convinced a young girl to join a secret art club which was really a Gender S*xuality Club”.

Lower courts tossed it; SCOTUS appeal filed 7/21—still waiting. A petition for a writ of certiorari was just filed on July 21, 2025, seeking review of the 10th Circuit's April 2025 decision affirming dismissal.
