A 17 year old girl was attacked by her own parents in an attempted Muslim “honor killing” outside Timberline High School in Lacey, Washington

She refused to travel to Iraq for an arranged marriage with a older Muslim man

Prosecutors say her father choked her until she lost consciousness, while her mother also physically assaulted her during the incident
