A “City Killer” Asteroid with a 3% Chance of hitting Earth, has not been downgraded to .0004% BUT, it has a 1.7% chance of hitting the Alien Death Star… I mean Moon. Why is it always 17???

A “City Killer” Asteroid with a 3% Chance of hitting Earth, has not been downgraded to .0004%
BUT, it has a 1.7% chance of hitting the Alien Death Star… I mean Moon.
Why is it always 17???
