Decarlos Brown Jr. in an audio recording says why he stabbed Iryna Zarutska

Last week I made the discovery that he was arrested back in January for calling 911 erratically claiming a “man-made material” was controlling his body.

When asked why he stabbed Iryna Zarutska, AGAIN said it was “a Material in his body that stabbed the lady.” He says now they have to investigate this material in his body.

The warning signs were there… and they knew it would lead to this, yet they did nothing.
