Translation:
anything Obama or the others say at this point extends the Statute of Limitations. Until a person DISAVOWS the conspiracy (says they refused to be involved).

Davis says… “Justice is coming, I would be very very scared if I were you.”

He just made a statement addressing the conspiracy, so the clock just restarted again on the statute of limitations.
