Also is using sneaky tactics to get what he wants... splitting the bill so he'll get the Greens to help with one part, and the LNP to help with another... in the end getting almost all of what he wanted in the first place.

This is cynical politics at its worst and the Mainstream Media aren't calling him out for it.
