Gov Gregg Abbott says he has DPS staking out Dozens of Locations across the state of Texas to arrest Democrats who broke quorum.
He says Democrats are trying to wait out the special session in place to end… but he will CONTINUE to call Special Sessions until they come back.
He is also working on declaring their seats VACANT via SCOTUS.
