President Trump sends a flurry of letters to the heads of other countries, informing them they will be charged a substantial tariff.

HOWEVER, there will be no tariffs if these countries decide to build or manufacture product in the United States.

If other countries decide to raise tariffs, the United States will add their tariffs to the already stated tariffs.
