Home Affairs Minister Tony Burke says the Albanese Government is “setting the standard” by refusing to import overseas conflicts, arguing that modern Australia and multicultural Australia are the same thing.
He adds that their priority is defending the rights of every Australian, and that if you back mass deportations like the NSN, you should “lead by example,” just as Matthew Gruter is now being deported.
