🚨 California is now being Accused of CAUSING the Deadly Palisades Wildfire Through (Intentional) Mismanagement and Lying in Court

- newly obtained court filings and records suggest that the California state government is SOLEY responsible for the devastating Palisades wildfire, which killed 12 people, due to mismanagement in handling underground embers from an initial fire.

- A state park representative arrived on the scene at 4 AM on January 1 after being notified by the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) just after midnight, contradicting the state's claims of no prior notice.

- On January 2, another state representative directed firefighters, PROHIBITING them from bulldozing certain areas, which allowed embers to reignite and spark the larger Palisades Fire six days after the initial arson incident.

- In response to a lawsuit from over 3,000 affected residents, Governor Gavin Newsom's office claimed the state did not start the fire, had no responsibility for monitoring it, and received no notice—claims refuted by unredacted LAFD records showing early state involvement.
