40 year mortgages are offered by non-bank lenders, credit unions, and specialty mortgage companies.
Again, this is only another pathway for home ownership and as Trump says, it’s not really a big deal. You can either do it or not. Any mortgage, no matter if it’s 15, 30, 40, or 50, you are in debt.
