Just as the The Umbrella People were finishing up another daily peaceful protest officer james "POP" hart decided to come and annoy the group.
WAPOL are aware of the significance of the Umbrella People and their right to peacefully protest without interference. Yet they keep sending these young Up start officers down to annoy the group.
Is this a decision from PERTH Central police station or all the way tot the top, former COVID Commander now Governor of Western Australia?
