Remember that Israeli Government Official who got busted in an Undercover Sex Sting Operation involving a minor and fled to Israel? A grand jury just voted to Indict him on a charge of luring a child to engage in sexual conduct.

Here is the Bodycam footage.

Tom Alexandrovich, posted $10,000 bail at the Henderson Detention Center on Aug. 7 and left the country. In October, a grand jury voted to indictAlexandrovich on a charge of luring a child to engage in sexual conduct.

During the chat, the decoy, who was actually an FBI agent, repeatedly said she was with her “dad” and that she was underage, documents said. “I’m only 15,” the decoy said at one point, according to grand jury transcripts.

The decoy asked Alexandrovich to “bring condoms” with the agreement they would meet at Avellino Park in Henderson

Alexandrovich did not appear before a judge and posted bond before his state-entitled probable cause hearing and before prosecutors filed a criminal complaint against him. Thus, no judge could put any added restrictions on his release before he left the country. While a judge later reviewed the bail, there was no physical hearing and the judge had no mechanism to add further restrictions.

Alexandrovich later appeared virtually in Henderson Justice Court for his initial arraignment. In that hearing, Henderson Justice Court Judge Barbara Schifalacqua ordered him to stay away from minors and stay off applications or social media sites for dating. Prosecutors did not ask Schifalacqua to increase bail, and she kept the amount at $10,000.

Following the grand jury indictment, Alexandrovich’s case moved directly to Clark County District Court, where a new judge will oversee the case. That judge, Clark County District Court Judge Tina Talim, also ordered Alexandrovich to appear remotely, for now. A hearing was scheduled for Oct. 27.
Alexandrovich’s attorneys, David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld, previously said their client has stayed in contact with them and has not violated any terms of his initial release and served both the Israeli and U.S. governments.

Alexandrovich did not speak during the September hearing, only saying he understood the terms Schifalacqua had placed on him. The judge added that she only has jurisdiction in the United States.
