Speaker Mike Johnson comments on Judicial Impeachments of Radical Judges

“It’s never off the table… but even if we could get an article through the House on a Federal Judge, it’s unlikely they would be tried and convicted in the senate with the divided number we have.”

He says what they’d like to do is to pass the “No Rulings Act”, which would prohibit a single individual judge from issuing a single nationwide injunction, which effectively stops the entire policy from the administration.
