- Instances of forged documents were rampant, undermining the integrity of the immigration process.

- Many immigrants claimed to work at businesses that could not be found, indicating widespread employment fraud.

- Some cases involved marriage fraud where elderly U.S. citizens were subjected to abuse and exploitation.

- The operation also identified individuals with links to known or suspected terrorists, posing significant national security risks.
