• a man named Zacarias Moussaoui, referred to as the "20th hijacker," on 9/11, went to Airman Flight School, Norman, Oklahoma.

• February 2001, Moussaoui trained as a pilot, but did not complete the training required to earn a pilot’s license as he only focused on specific aspects of flying… excluding take off and landing

• August 2001, he trained at Pan Am International Flight Academy, Eagan, Minnesota and sought training on a Boeing 747 flight simulator at this facility.

• His request was unusual because he lacked the qualifications to operate such a complex aircraft, and he expressed interest only in certain phases of flight (e.g., cruising, not takeoff or landing). He was specifically interested in the flight route from London Heathrow (LHR) to New York John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).

• This behavior alarmed instructors, who reported him to the FBI Minneapolis Minnesota Field Office, where someone with that office speculated, “I think he might want to crash into the World Trade Center.”
