You’re not supposed to eat so much that you’re full and bloated all day and inflammation wreaks havoc on your body!
Just look at our ancestors, they went without food for extended periods of time and then would have feasts! Just like in the Bible as well!
I literally eat 1 sometimes 2 meals per day for the last 2 years and I’m in the gym 6 days a week and I’ve never felt better!
