Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan became visibly upset when asked whether she has spoken to Dan Andrews since he was hospitalised with an undisclosed medical condition.
Health Minister Mark Butler has put every social media platform on notice, saying they must meet age-verification requirements by 10 December to make the law work or face fines of up to $50 million.
