This video (just under 10mins) was launched on a Zoom meeting in Australia on 10.10.2025 showing for the first time, a comprehensive downloadable excel document of all the COVID-19 jab data, sourced from TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) DAEN (Database of Adverse Event Notifications) from 21.12.2020 to 19.09.2025 including which cases that had deaths, were serious and showed batch numbers/doses (Column I). To help viewers of the excel document, there are 10 worksheets, shown at the bottom of the document.Show more Link to excel document to view and download: https://opendaen.info/141%2C666-jab-cases-%26-bns
KEY DATA POINTS:
1. Main Worksheet shows 141,666 COVID-19 jab cases (including 23,000 'Serious' cases of which 1,050 are reported deaths). Use the filters (down arrows shown at top of Columns B to I) and also the search box 'Find & Select' (top right side of excel document) for Column A Case numbers. For example, choose Column F for "MedDRA reaction terms" i.e. Myocarditis, Pericarditis, Breast Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Abortion spontaneous (miscarriages), Bell's palsy, Glioblastoma (brain cancer), Guillain-Barre syndrome etc. You can then filter the batch numbers in Column I (sourced from TGA FOI 26-1963) and also for Deaths "Yes" (uncheck 'blanks') in Column G.
2. In the second worksheet is the list of 1,050 COVID-19 jab deaths reported in Australia (included within 141,666 cases, of which there are 9 deaths reported of children aged from 5 to 17). Use filters for searching which jab products (Column E) and any published batch numbers/doses (Column I).
3. In the third worksheet, is the entire list of 23,000 'Serious' COVID-19 jab cases including the 1,050 deaths reported (within the 141,666 cases). Choose ages in Column C to find ages 1 to 100+ (including <1 babies affected).
4. In the fourth worksheet, is the worst COVID-19 jab batch number in Australia - Pfizer ER7449 with almost 4,000 reported cases including 43 deaths.
5. In the fifth worksheet, is the second worst COVID-19 jab batch number in Australia - AstraZeneca PW40043 with over 2,600 cases reported including 16 deaths.
6. In the sixth worksheet, is the worst COVID-19 batch number in Australia for children - Pfizer FP1430 released 10.01.2022 for ages 5+. Out of 900+ cases reported, 800 cases were children (aged 0 to 17). A number of children under the age of 5 were jabbed ('Product administered to patient of inappropriate age') and within 24 hours of this batch number being released, cases were being immediately reported on the TGA DAEN of children, starting from 11.01.2022. Tragically, 2 deaths were reported of boys aged 10 (dose 2) and 5 (dose 1) following this Pfizer batch no. FP1430 (2 child death cases reported on TGA DAEN dated 6th and 10th May 2022).
7. In the seventh worksheet, is the list of 311 miscarriages (termed 'Abortion spontaneous'). Batch numbers are shown in Column I (where reported). The worst COVID-19 jab batch number for reported miscarriages is - Pfizer FH3221. There were miscarriages reported for all COVID-19 jab products (Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Nuvaxovid and TNS - type not specified). Remember to apply the underreporting factor e.g. 311 x 33.333 = 10,367 estimated miscarriages (3% = 311 cases).
8. In the eighth worksheet, is the list of 28 cases reported showing 11 Foetal deaths and 17 Stillbirths, following these COVID-19 jabs in Australia.
9. In the ninth worksheet, is the list of 4,513 Pericarditis cases (including related terms), of which there were 13 deaths reported on the TGA DAEN. 50% of these cases show ages 5 to 35 (with 1 case aged <1). Coincidentally the worst batch number for these cases is the same for miscarriages - Pfizer FH3221.
10. In the tenth worksheet, is the list of 1,997 Myocarditis cases (including related terms) which includes 127 deaths reported. The worst batch numbers for these cases are Pfizer FG3712 and FH3221. Show less
