After Hurricane Harvey, anyone seeking money for repairs was required under Texas state law to “Promise to Never Boycott Israel.”

That is so freaking strange…

In Texas, The city of Dickinson, about 30 miles (48km) south of Houston, required anyone seeking money for repairs after Hurricane Harvey, included a “pro-Israel clause” required under a Texas state law, which stated applicants to certify that they "(1) do not boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the term of this Agreement."
